Small mammals in focus: clinical assessment and diagnostic insight

This professional workshop focuses on small mammal medicine and is intended for veterinarians and veterinary students. Participants will be introduced to basic biology, the specifics of clinical examination, and the most common health problems of rabbits, guinea pigs, rats, and ferrets. The goal of the workshop is to deepen participants’ knowledge in diagnosing and treating these pets. Special emphasis is placed on ultrasound diagnostics and interpretation of radiological findings to help participants improve their practical skills.
