CALL FOR PAPER SUBMISSION
The Scientific Committee of the 11th International Congress Veterinary Science and Profession, which will be held on 23 and 24 February 2026, invites authors to submit papers from all fields of veterinary medicine, including basic, natural and preclinical sciences, animal production and biotechnology, veterinary public health and food safety, as well as clinical sciences. Papers may be submitted for oral or poster presentation and must not have been previously published or presented.
The deadline for paper submission is 17 November 2025. Authors will be notified of the outcome of the review process within 20 days. All accepted abstracts will be published in the digital Book of Abstracts and included in the official congress programme. The official language of the congress is English.
Abstract preparation guidelines:
Abstracts must be written in English, using Times New Roman, font size 12, with single line spacing. The abstract must fit on one A4 page and may contain a maximum of 2,000 characters, including spaces. It must include the title of the paper, the full names of the authors and affiliations. The text should be structured to include the introduction, material and methods, results, discussion and conclusions, as well as keywords, although it is not necessary to use separate section headings in the text. References do not need to be included. In the upper right corner, authors may indicate their preferred form of presentation.
Poster preparation guidelines:
All posters must be 80 cm wide and 100 cm high, in portrait format, and written in English. The allowed fonts are Arial, Courier New, Georgia, Helvetica and Times New Roman. The poster must include the title of the paper, the authors and their institutions, introduction, material and methods, results, discussion and conclusions.
The abstract must respect ethical standards. Experimental procedures should be authorized by ethical committees of the presenting institution; unnecessary suffering on animals will cause rejection of the abstract.
